Beyond Managing: The Leadership Essentials That Transform Teams and Results 

Presented by:  Patrick Carroll and Ralph Sachs of Sandler Training

You'll be able to identify your highest-leverage improvement area and leave concrete action items to apply immediately to strengthen your team and smooth out your operation.
