2026 PRO Central VA Achievement Awards Nominations

Each year, PRO Central Virginia recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional professionalism and dedication to both the industry and the association. We encourage you to help honor these outstanding members by submitting nominations in one or more of the award categories below.

To nominate someone, please complete the nomination form and provide a brief summary of the nominee’s achievements, along with any supporting materials you feel are relevant. All nominations must be received by Friday, September 18, 2026.

Award recipients will be recognized during the PRO Awards Gala on Saturday, November 7, 2026.

Participation is completely voluntary, and all members are welcome to submit nominations—whether nominating a fellow member or themselves. We especially encourage Board members and Committee Chairs, whose involvement gives them unique insight into member contributions, to help identify deserving candidates.

 Achievement Award Categories


Pillars of the Industry Award
Recognizes members who have made significant contributions to the professional public image of the association and the remodeling industry. This includes participation in charitable or community projects, involvement in public relations, media, or government affairs related to the industry.

Robert Lytle Lifetime Achievement Award
Named in honor of beloved member Robert Lytle, this award recognizes long-time members for their career accomplishments, industry leadership, community involvement, professionalism, and dedication to the remodeling industry.

Spirit of Education Award
Presented to a member who has shown a strong commitment to education within the industry—whether through mentoring, teaching, hosting workshops, or promoting lifelong learning among peers.

Contractor of the Year Award
Awarded to a PRO remodeling contractor who has made a significant contribution to the chapter and the remodeling industry by delivering exceptional service, leadership, or innovation during the year.

Contractor’s Choice Award
Presented to a PRO supplier, trade partner, or professional service member (individual or firm) who has provided outstanding service and support to remodeling contractors and made a meaningful contribution to the chapter and industry over the past year.

Rookie of the Year Award
Recognizes a newer member (individual or firm) who joined PRO within the past two years and has made a strong impact through professionalism, involvement, and contributions to the association and the industry.

Community Service Award
Honors a member (individual or firm) who has donated time, expertise, and/or materials to assist individuals or groups in need. This may include pro bono construction services or contributions through partnerships with other organizations. Judging is based on the value of the contribution over time and its lasting impact on the community.
