Employee Owned Mid South is one of the first 100% employee-owned, 100% bank-financed transactions to occur in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) community.Mid South specializes primarily in kitchen and bath cabinetry and countertops, exterior siding, and windows and doors. We supply these building products to contractors and residential home builders. As owners, our employees have a vested stake in the company which shows in our unmatched success. Founded in 1966 Mid South was family-owned until 1985 when it became an Employee Stock Ownership Trust, giving our employees ownership of the company’s stock.
